4. What are your fees?
- The fee structure depends on many variables such as complexity, schedule, potential exposure, deliverables, and periphery overhead such as meetings, printing, postage, travel, etc. Discounts are offered for payment at the beginning of an engagement. Please contact us to obtain an estimate of fees.
5. Do you perform residential inspections?
- Not the type that would be required for a real estate transaction. Such inspections are better left to firms that specialize in that particular kind of work. Structural assessments for repairs or alterations can be performed if there is major concern on the part of the homeowner. Most reputable contractors can advise when the services of an engineer are necessary.
6. What are your credentials for performing civil engineering?
1. The associate in charge of civil projects has over 20 years’ experience in various aspects of civil engineering. This experience consists of complete site design for various school corporations, drainage plans for residential subdivisions, and highway/bridge construction for the Indiana Department of Transportation.
7. Do you offer Construction Management services?
- Yes. Through a network of strategic alliances we can also procure and manage materials and labor for project savings. Please contact us for further information.
